Funding Rate Heatmap

Each cell represents the funding rate for one coin at a given time interval. Green cells indicate positive funding (longs pay shorts), while red cells indicate negative funding (shorts pay longs).

High positive funding signals heavy long positioning and potential overextension — historically a warning sign for short-term tops. Deeply negative funding can signal oversold conditions with excessive short positioning.

Funding rates reset every 8 hours on Binance (00:00, 08:00, 16:00 UTC). The heatmap aggregates multiple periods to show patterns over time.
