KIMPWATDA (“the Service”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights regarding that information.
1. Information Collected
The Service can be used without creating an account. The following information may be collected during use.
Automatically collected
- IP address, browser type and version, operating system, access time (server logs)
- Pages visited, time on site, click and scroll behavior (analytics tools)
- Service usage data collected via cookies and similar tracking technologies
Voluntarily provided
- Chat: nickname, message content, IP address at time of submission
- Price alert subscription: web push subscription token (endpoint, encryption keys)
Telegram-linked chat
- The Service bridges a linked Telegram group with the web chat in real time.
- Sender identifiers (user_id) provided by the Telegram API are never stored in their original form. They are immediately converted to an anonymous SHA-256 hash. No original account data is retained.
- What is stored: anonymous hash, message content, timestamp.
Telegram login (optional)
- The Service offers optional sign-in via Telegram account.
- Data received from Telegram: numeric user ID, display name, username (if set).
- This data is used solely to provide account features such as nickname settings and alert sync.
- Passwords, phone numbers, and message content are never collected.
- If you do not log in, none of the above is collected.
- Retention: deleted immediately upon account deletion (available from your profile settings page).
Preferences
- Not logged in: watchlist, exchange selection, theme, and other preferences are stored only in your browser's local storage and are never sent to our servers.
- Logged in: preferences such as watchlist, settings, and alert rules are stored on our servers for cross-device sync and alert delivery.
2. How We Use Information
- Operating and maintaining the Service
- Server security and detecting abnormal access
- Providing chat features and detecting spam or abuse
- Sending price alert push notifications
- Storing and syncing preferences for logged-in users
- Analyzing usage statistics and improving user experience
- Displaying personalized advertising
3. Retention and Deletion
Data is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed for its collection purpose.
- Server access logs (including IP): automatically deleted 30 days after collection
- Chat messages (nickname, content, IP): automatically deleted 30 days after posting
- Web push subscription tokens: deleted immediately when you unsubscribe from alerts
- Telegram login data (ID, name, preferences): deleted immediately upon account deletion — you can delete your account from the profile settings page at any time
4. Sharing with Third Parties
We process your data only for the purposes described in Section 1 and do not share it with third parties except as required by applicable law.

We use the following third-party services to operate the Service:

6. Cookies
The Service uses cookies and similar technologies to provide functionality and analyze usage. Cookies are small text files stored in your browser.
You can disable cookies through your browser settings. Note that some features may not function correctly if cookies are disabled.

7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Logged-in users can delete all their data by removing their account from the profile settings page. For other requests, contact us via the in-service feedback feature and we will respond without undue delay.
8. Security
- Minimum necessary access to personal data
- Firewall protection against unauthorized external access
- TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Automatic periodic deletion of logs containing personal data
